A crime is celebrated!

It's profoundly disheartening to witness the tragic reality that many individuals, particularly those born before 1985, choose to celebrate heinous acts despite being fully aware of the harrowing truths surrounding them. The demolition of a mosque by Hindutva mobs, followed by riots claiming the lives of over 3000 innocent human beings, stands as a grim testament to the depths of human depravity. What's even more distressing is the calculated politicization of these events, designed to silence the voices of the common people. Through strategic polarization, a path was paved for the unfathomable horror of genocide. It's a sobering reminder of the darkness that can consume societies when hatred and division are allowed to flourish unchecked.

The making of India is the collective effort of all its people, built on the principles of unity, diversity, and justice. However, the rise of Islamophobia, the targeting of minorities, and the alarming use of demolitions and the so-called "bulldozer raj" threaten the very fabric of this nation. Laws like UAPA are increasingly being used to silence dissent and suppress voices under the guise of security. Such actions undermine the democratic values that India stands for, creating an atmosphere of fear and division. True progress lies in upholding equality, justice, and inclusion for all citizens.

In India today, crimes against Muslims and Dalits are increasingly celebrated, with disturbing signs of impunity and glorification of violence. Supporters of the ruling party have gone so far as to recreate the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi, while individuals convicted of rape and terrorism are given political power, with some even being elected as MPs. Criminals are often publicly honored by cabinet ministers or state leaders, reflecting a troubling normalization of hate and injustice. This environment erodes the foundations of democracy and human rights, and undermines the principles on which the nation was built.

Social Engineered

Wonder, why people easily be judgemental when it comes to relationships, but not with politically motivated news? It is a live demonstration we can experience, as when politicians do in public and concise, no one question them. On the other hand in social media, we can see the so called liberalism for others, and much narrow to their own ness.  People tend to seek out data or whatsapp news that confirms their existing beliefs or biases, which can make it difficult for them to recognize or challenge false narratives  Media, believed to be authorized or nationally accredited, the fake news spread like anything, with manipulated data to fit into the authorities propaganda. In today's interconnected world, the prevalence of fake news has grown exponentially, causing significant concern as it has the potential to divide relationships and polarize societies. People often become judgmental in response to fake news, which can lead to misunderstandings, mistrust, and discord amon...

Justice

Now a days what we lacks is JUSTICE !!! we may look how the prophet just in His Life. The Prophet (pbuh) asked people to be just and kind. As the supreme judge and arbiter, as the leader of men, as generalissimo of a rising power, as a reformer and apostle, he had always to deal with men and their affairs. He had often to deal with mutually inimical and warring tribes when showing justice to one carried the danger of antagonizing the other, and yet he never deviated from the path of justice. In administering justice, he made no distinction between believers and nonbelievers, friends and foes, high and low. From numerous instances reported in the traditions, a few are given below. Sakhar, a chief of a tribe, had helped Muhammad (pbuh) greatly in the seige of Taif, for which he was naturally obliged to him. Soon after, two charges were brought against Sakhar: one by Mughira of illegal confinement of his (Mughira's) aunt and the other by Banu Salim of forcible occupation of his spring...

Encounter Killings

Now a days "Encounter killing specialist" is an often-heard term in India. The police officers use this "technique" to describe their acts of "eliminating" suspects, often in staged encounters. These murders are reported by the media as encounter killings. In the past year, there has been an increase in the number of these killings throughout India. Lets find some facts... Muslims are denied of JUSTICE!!! ------------------------------------ No law in India justifies encounter killing. According to the Criminal Procedure Code of 1973, only reasonable force can be used by a law enforcement officer while apprehending a suspect. In encounter killings, the often-reported story is that the accused was shot dead in an exchange of gunfire where the accused always fires first at the police or tries to escape from custody using force. The Constitution of India guarantees fair, just and equitable procedures in all criminal cases. This guarantee was reiterated in th...
